All ladies are welcome for fun, fitness and friendship. No previous football experience required!

We meet at St Bedes Sports ground Nov- March (Brantingham Road, M16 8NA), and Platt Fields Park, rest of the year.

It’s free, except we charge £3 when we’re at St Bedes to those who can afford it.

Oasis

Meetings begin with a short time of worship leading into a main activity such as a talk from a guest speaker or church member. The meeting is a forum in which the Christian message is clearly presented and provides an opportunity for fun & friendship for members. We finish meetings with tea & coffee, cake & biscuits. We meet together for teaching and fun. It’s a great chance to ask questions, raise issues and talk stuff out to help you understand God’s word better. We also have trips and events during the term. more info»

Women’s Bible Study

An inspiring time of study and prayer with women throughout the church, along with some coffee and cakes! As a group, we want to grow in our understanding of the Bible, discuss issues that Christian women face in their day-to-day lives, and pray in triplets for one another. more info»

Compass Group Hike

Saturday 21st July Compass Group meet at Platt at 9.30 am for summer walk and picnic at the Anderton Boat Lift and Marbury Country Park in Cheshire. Visitor centre, cafe and boat trips at the Boat Lift. The main walk will be a flat and easy 5 miles but there are also shorter options of 1 to 4 miles. All welcome including families. Bring a picnic lunch which we will eat together at the end of the walk.
